Upcoming Meetings:

Community Life Team Wed. Oct. 17th at 11 am

Congregational Life Team Sun. Oct. 21st at 11:15

Rev. Abiel would like the congregation to light a candle in their homes every Wednesday evening at 7 pm for about 10 minutes until a new minister is selected. This shows our Search Team we support them and with the help of the Holy Spirit to guide them they will make the best selection of a minister for our church.

Please be sure to take either a leaf or a pumpkin from the back of the sanctuary today. This will be YOUR team for the October food drive. We want to celebrate our blessings by sharing with others. Please bring in your non-perishable food item and place it on your team’s pile – indicated by pumpkin or leaf, and then just watch it grow! Your cheerleaders (Community Life team) will keep you informed on your/our progress in the collection. Whether it’s one can or a case, it all helps and it all counts. YES – there is a prize for the winning team!!

Many thanks to all who participated in any way to help make this year’s Roast Beef Dinner a success. Whether you were part of set up, take down, donated food, cooked food, served tea or coffee, cleaned up or washed up – it proves that many hands make lighter the load. Lots of good comments and smiling faces as people left our Golden Jubilee Room. Final numbers aren’t in, but as soon as we get the final figures, we’ll let you know. Your help and support in this event is greatly appreciated.

Sunday October 28th -Evaluation meeting for the dinner at 11:20am.
