Prayer List. You can add names to the Prayers of the People during Sunday worship by adding a name to the prayer list book on the usher table. Please include a first name only and Brad will read the list of names for prayer during the worship service.

Parlour Group. Note the change of date! The Parlour Group will be meeting Tuesday, February 18 at 11:30am at the home of Nancy Larocque (519.245.1304). We will be having Popeye’s for lunch.
Pastoral Emergencies. Brad can be reached outside of office hours at 519.330.0074 for crisis care (deaths, hospitalizations). Please contact the church office for administrative matters.

Compassionate Funds Needed. We are asking the congregation for assistance in replenishing our Compassionate Fund so that we can purchase grocery cards.  Thank you in advance for your generosity and support!
Soup & Roll Sunday. Soup & Roll Sunday is February 16. All are welcome to contribute and to attend – free will offering goes towards our M&S fund.

Children’s Worship. Our children’s worship program needs volunteers to lead and assist Sunday activities. Training is available. To learn more, please contact Johanna Richards (519.245.3469) or Brad Morrison.
Kids Club. The next Kids Club will be Sunday, February 23 at 1:00pm. This group is open to any child in JK up to Grade 5. There is no cost, but registration is required.  Please contact Kaeleigh Berdan (kaeleighb13@hotmail.com) to register.
Youth Night. The next Youth Night is scheduled for Friday, February 21 from 7:00pm to 9:30pm. Come out for games, snacks, friends, community, and a great time! Open to youth in grades 6 to 12. Afternoon at the Movies. On Sunday, February 16 following the Soup & Roll lunch we will be showing “Same Kind of Different as Me” with a follow-up discussion. Free will offering for Camp Kee-Mo-Kee. Pancake Supper. The Pancake Supper will be hosted this year on Tuesday, February 25 from 5:00pm to 6:30pm. Tickets are $10.00 for adults. Children 9 and under eat free. To purchase tickets, please speak with Nancy Larocque in the Golden Jubilee Room after the service or contact the office (519.245.0276). We are also looking for assistance with the Pancake Supper.  If you are interested in helping, please speak with Nancy Larocque (519.245.1304).
Homestyle Turkey Dinner. The Meal Planning Group will be hosting a Homestyle Turkey Dinner Saturday, March 7 starting at 5:30pm. Tickets are $15.00 for adults, $5.00 for children 12 years of age and under. Families of five or more can purchase a ticket for $40.00. To purchase tickets, please speak with Joan Childs in the Golden Jubilee Room after the service or contact the office (519.245.0276).

Annual Congregational Meeting. Mark your calendars! The Annual Congregational Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, March 1 after the service. The volunteer sign-up sheet is now posted on the bulletin board in the Golden Jubilee Room.
Property Team Chairperson. Are you an organizer? The Property Team needs a leader to coordinate and encourage volunteers and staff. You do not need to be handy with repairs or tools. A description of responsibilities is available through the office. If interested, please contact the office (519.245.0276).

Family Day YMCA. Visit the Strathroy-Caradoc Family YMCA (305 Frances St) on Monday, February 17.  Coldest Day of the Year. On Saturday, February 22 from 10:00am to 1:00pm, the Strathroy Library (34 Frank St) will be hosting a Coldest Day of the Year event with refreshments, games, and activities available in the library for the community. Free winter wear, such as gloves, scarves, mittens, and hats, will be distributed to those in need. Community members are welcome to donate new items directly at the library. Ask the Expert. Denning’s Café is hosting an Ask the Expert information session approximately each month for the year 2020.  The next Ask the Expert is scheduled for Wednesday, February 26 at 2:00pm and is titled Chiropractic for Seniors. World Day of Prayer. Save the date! This year the World Day of Prayer will be hosted on Friday, March 6 at 2:00pm by Westmount Christian Reformed Church (405 Drury Lane).
Fraud Awareness for Seniors. Join a representative from the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre for an informative presentation about current scams and learn how to avoid becoming a victim.  Promoted by the Middlesex County Library, Strathroy Library (34 Frank St) will be hosting their session on Wednesday, March 11 at 2:00pm. Jeff Cato Only Love Tour. Join Christian recording artist Jeff Cato on Friday, March 13 at Hillside Community Church (138 Thompson Rd, London) for his Only Love tour.  Doors open at 6:30pm and the event starts at 7:00pm.
